We inform our designs, strategies and specifications through accurate building energy modelling at each stage of the design process using profiling to identify primary energy streams and dynamic behaviours to enable maximum energy reduction on each project. This is carried out by our in-house Building Physics group company, Zero Energy Design Ltd.

We aim to optimise each and every commission we take to deliver the key drivers for our client whether this be capital, energy, carbon or lifecycle based. Our approach is to encapsulate the complete construction process rather than solely focussing on M&E systems, meaning we take ownership of fabric performance standards, fenestration requirements and building orientation to ensure the building makes full use of the natural light, shade, air and heat available.
